Quick Tip to Increase Your Stamina

Last night, Teik poh taught us about a way of breathing to increase our oxygen level.
It's just a simple concept. " Breath in more than you breath out." As there's more input than output, the oxygen level will be increased. With increased oxygen level, you'll not be tired easily.
Practice breath in for 4 counts and breath out for 2 counts. Do this continuously like an exercise and you'll feel the effect.

By using the same concept, I tried it on jogging today.

Breathing is one of the most important element in jogging because you need to sustain your body with sufficient amount of oxygen and also exhale the large amount of CO2 generated by the cells during the exercise.

Today, I tried this new breathing concept and found that my stamina were increased by at least 20% just by changing the rhythm of my breathing! I barely felt tired after running for around 2km distance. With this new discovery I can't wait to share with you all.

My new breathing rhythm : 3-1. While running, make a 3 steps Breathing in and 1 step of breathing out. Meaning a shorter exhale time than inhale. Inhale for 3 steps of running then exhale for 1 step then go for 3 steps of inhale and so on. While you can feel the CO2 accumulating inside the body, breath out all then continue with the pace.

Next experiment is to make a full sprint when body is still recovering from exhausting condition.

The result is unbelievable and hope you guys can try it out. Let me know if this really works! Cheers!
